Beacon House has two towers, East and West. Tower I (East) was built 3 years earlier, and sits closer to the Bay. The 24 units, spread over 7 floors, all feature three exposures, with great views from every unit of the Gulf, bay, or both.

As it is located only a few hundred feet from Doctors Pass, Beacon House is a boaters' paradise: the 39 boat docks are owned by the association and can be leased from under $3000, depending on size. There are no bridges to pass under before reaching the Gulf, so sailing craft are quite welcome. With only 5 minutes boating time to the Gulf, Beacon House is one of the best boating locations in the Moorings/Park Shore area.

Recent work includes nearly $3 million spent since 2003 on elevator improvements, balconies, pool, electric, renovated common areas, new pavers and plumbing in pool. Also, there have been improvements to the docks and the roof has been replaced. All owners of Beacon House units receive membership to the private Moorings Beach Park.
