Indies West, adjacent to Doctors Pass on the south side, features a very exclusive combination of amenities: ownership in one of the 21 four-unit buildings provides both excellent beach access and views AND top-level boating opportunities! Boat slips, available for lease at only $900/year, are a no-bridge access ticket to Moorings Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Bonus features include lots of green lawn space, private garages, a large pool area, and a quiet cul-de-sac location.

Renovations since 2003 include new marina docks, roofs, restored concrete, and updated exterior features like landscaping, railings, and screens. A new seawall was built in 2001. Among additional amenities are a community room, onsite manager, and a sunset picnic area with tables and chairs. A part-time security guard assists in keeping residents safe.

Indies West allows two rentals per year, each for a minimum 90 day term. No pets. Extra parking is available for second cars and guests.
