Deeded beach access included. There are two units that are double size units, number 7 in the north building and 8 in the south. The office is located in the north building on the southwest corner. No rentals allowed. Family members, extended family, and guest only. An easement provided direct access to the beach. One pier accomodates two boats. Access is limited to the pier by paying the necessary fees and approval to use. Another pier is scheduled to be built soon.
