Jennifer Shores was built in 1970 and includes 32 units over four floors. Amenities include a bayfront pool, and boat slips that may be leased. There are no bridges between Jennifer Shores and Doctors Pass. Recent improvements (2008) include new brick pavers, a new roof, new paint, new doors and windows, and an updated outdoor chickee hut with bar.
Each unit comes with one assigned parking space, and some include an additional space. Covered parking is limited. Pets are allowed with approval. Owners may rent twice a year, for a minimum of 30 days each term.
