Lausanne and its sister building Lucerne were both built by BC & B. The twin buildings of Lausanne occupy the largest single piece of property in the Moorings. This building has some unique features in that it is comprised of two nearly identical buildings joined by a magnificent 30,000 square foot pool deck. Each building contains an open atrium with a waterfall in the center. All units come with one under building parking space, although additional spaces can be purchased separately or with a unit.
Recent renovations include a completely remodeled party room that contains a large screen TV and DVD player. Also, as of 2008 there are new elevators and the lobbies have been remodeled. The North building has a more modern decor and also contains the management offices.
No open houses allowed. $50 application fee and personal interview required for new residents. Minimum 90 day lease with a maximium of 3 per year.
