Lucerne and its sister building Lausanne are buildings that attract a younger crowd. This Daniel Moul designed building features curves and a modern design. Recent improvements to the building include all new landscaping in the plant areas, new pavers, new marble in the pool deck. This is one of the only buildings to feature waterproof coating called Allguard, which is a silicone allastramic paint that is supposed to last forever.
Private beach access is granted under Lausanne. There are 10 boat slips total which can be purchased by residents. Parking is underbuilding with 24 spots and 30 guest spots open air. 12 units in the building are 2 bedroom, the other 12 are three bedroom.
