If you like to relax and enjoy a nightly party, then Leeward Cove is your place. At around 5 PM every night is Happy Hour. There is a Chiki bar, 3 barbeques, 5 new flower gardens containing over 33 different varieties of plants. 20,000 square feet of new pavers have been added recently. Free laundry facilities are provided onsite. Season rentals (once a year) are allowed with a minimum of one month. Boat slips are available to lease, and for owner use only.
