Madrid Club is a very carefully maintained building. It was built in 1975 on the Moorings bayfront and has been tastefully updated. Currently updating front doors, roofs on the main building and garage, alarm system, pavers, and the lobby has been painted. The sense of community among residents of the Madrid Club is strong, and owners tend to watch out for each other. In addition to a bayfront swimming pool, the Madrid Club features a party room, exercise room, and sauna. Boat slips are available for purchase or lease. Although beach access is not deeded, Madrid Club is right across the street from Horizon Way and Vedado public beach access points. Units may be rented up to 4 times a year, with a minimum lease term of 90 days.
