Miramar and it's sister building next door, Windemere were both built in the early 1970s. This is a very well maintained building. Glynn has been resident manager for the past 10 years. Recently, he has overseen major restoration work, including concrete and garage roofing, the lobby has been redone by Robb & Stucky, all upper floors have been completely restored in the last couple years. Every unit has one assigned parking space and there are 30 guest parking spaces for the building. There are also 12 spaces for boats, two per dock.

At one time, this was a 55 and older building, but in the last nine years this has been changed due to a growing younger population in Naples. Outside near the docks, lights were once hung during the night, but were eventually removed due to increasing numbers of non-residents fishing off the docks and leaving debris behind. During all hours of the day you can glimpse many large numbers of fish and sea life swimming around.
