Naples Continental Club is managed by R & P Property Management. Every unit comes with a beautiful view of the gulf. Certain units also come with a carport (74 total). Guest parking is available, along with a guest suite for use only when the owner is present. Residents come from all over the world, including several from the UK, Canada, and Czechoslovakia. Three bedroom units are rarely available for long, with the majority of them passing to family members over time. Real estate agents will have to work around the no open house rules that apply here.
