Naples Continental Club is managed by R & P Property Management. The condominium has recently undergone major renovations which include new paint to the exterior of the building and improvement to the pool area. Also, as of 2008 there are new pool bathrooms and 1st floor tile in the building. New spacers and pavers have been added as well.

Every unit comes with a beautiful view of the gulf. Certain units also come with a carport (74 total). Guest parking is available, along with a guest suite for use only when the owner is present. Residents come from all over the world, including several from the UK, Canada, and Czechoslovakia. Three bedroom units are rarely available for long, with the majority of them passing to family members over time. Real estate agents will have to work around the no open house rules that apply here. Rentals must be for a minimum term of 30 days. Pets are allowed for owners only.
