Each carport has storage area in front that can hold bicycles. The Billows and Shores were built by the same company. Fred and Honorata have been managers since 2002. Currently both elevators are being replaced after 35 years of service. The building has recently been repainted in 2004. The roof is pressure washed every year. Maintenance is ongoing with trees being replaced and pool pumps being installed.

This community has a pool within 50 feet of the beach which is unique since Naples no longer allows pools to be built this close. Showers are next to the pool, so it's a quick hop from the gulf into the shower after a nice swim.
