Southern Clipper consists of six-story main building and villa-style units on either side, whose western-most members practically sit on top of the beach sand! Recent (as of 2008) renovations include redone electrical systems, and a new paint scheme gives the buildings a more lively look.
Rental policy at Southern Clipper allows owners to rent their units up to twice a year, for a minimum term of 30 days each time. Direct beach access and a lovely swimming pool. Units come with one or two parking spaces.
