Spindrift Club has 33 boat slips total, which can be leased at $750/year for small sizes or $1500/year for larger docks. Boat lifts are allowed, although they must be supplied by the owner. The Building is just steps from the beach, just across the Boulevard. Even-numbered units on floors 4 and above have Gulf views, while odd-numbered residences overlook the Bay.

A land lease remains on only two units in the building. There are restrictions on automobiles, with motorcycles and trucks not allowed. Guest can park in the 20 open spaces available. Residences come with one assigned parking space, which is covered for most units.

Renovations include new elevators added four years ago, and more recently refinishing of the pool and installation of hurricane glass. Current projects include new awnings and new mahogany front entryways.
