Westgate at the Moorings has completely new brick in the driveway. Westgate is comprised of two identical Y-shaped buildings. Every unit has a view of the gulf. Residents in this complex come from mostly the Midwest and northwest. There are people from Massachusetts, Connecticut, Michigan, Canada, England, and Spain. Pets are not allowed and only 1 rental with a minimum stay of 6 months is permitted.
