Westgate at the Moorings has completely new brick in the driveway. Last summer concrete restoration was performed on every unit. Westgate is comprised of two identical Y-shaped buildings. Every unit has a view of the gulf. Dan and Kay, the managers have been here since 2000.
Residents in this complex come from mostly the Midwest and northwest. There are people from Massachusetts, Connecticut, Michigan, Canada, England, and Spain.
